Role
As CTPO and future partner at Rippletide, you will be responsible for the technology and product strategy, as well as its execution. You will be the CEO's right-hand person and play a central role in building and developing our company.
Responsibilities

- Leadership and Management: Inspire, motivate, and develop our technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Rigorous Execution: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and the continuous implementation of innovations at a sustained pace.
- International Growth: Actively contribute to Rippletide's expansion in Europe and the United States by implementing practices adapted to local markets.
Desired Profile
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in technology strategy and product development.
- Skills: Strong skills in managing complex projects and software development, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
- Natural Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop teams, with a talent for turning strategic visions into concrete realities.
- Results Orientation: Pragmatic and execution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
