  • Call recording choice: Choose which meetings you would like to record or not from your account dashboard.
  • MEDDIC scorecard: Each call is scored based on MEDDIC criteria for continuous coaching to improve your team's technique.
  • Call tags: Tag your calls automatically or manually to identify and track important topics, such as objections or competitor mentions.
  • Recorder customisation: Personalise your recorder's name and image to make it custom and more easily recognisable in meetings.

Improvements

  • Library highlight creation:
    • Snippet start and end times can be modified on creation for improved control.
    • Thumbnails of the call are visible when navigating across the timeline for better visibility.
    • Highlights can be created from the call transcript, by selecting a section of text.
  • Workspace members can now be grouped into teams for improved organisation.

  • Private library: Save call highlights in your own private library to curate and refer back to the call snippets of your choice.
  • AI highlights: Top moments from your team's calls are automatically extracted by our AI and categorised in your Library, for best practices at every step of your sales.

Improvements

  • CRM integration:
    • Correct entities (contacts, accounts, and opportunities) are updated following each call.
    • Contacts, accounts, and opportunities are created if they do not yet exist in the CRM following calls.

    • More detail are provided and displayed according to a consistent structure.
