Role
As a Junior Marketing, you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and growth experiments across various channels. You’ll use both creativity and data to test ideas, understand what resonates, and help us scale our presence. You’ll track what works, double down, and kill what doesn’t to drive results.

About You
The ideal Junior Marketing is a thoughtful communicator with a growth mindset. You are curious about how people engage with content, data, and messaging—and you’re eager to learn what drives results. You’re comfortable working across different projects, open to feedback, and not afraid to try new things. You combine creativity and structure, and enjoy balancing both writing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaigns
- Support the creation of engaging, value-driven content across key channels (LinkedIn, email, blog, landing pages)
- Assist in the launch and tracking of inbound marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team and our AI Agents to generate, refine, and personalize content ideas
Website & SEO
- Help maintain and improve our website content and structure
- Contribute to SEO efforts, including keyword research, blog updates, and metadata optimization
- Track basic web analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
Growth Experiments & Analytics
- Work with the team to design and test small-scale growth experiments
- Use data to monitor campaign and content performance
- Help identify what’s working—and suggest areas to optimize
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Sales to create or adapt materials that support conversations and conversions
- Share learnings with the team to help refine our go-to-market approach
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices across B2B SaaS
