We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and make a significant contribution to our success and growth in the European and American markets.

Role
As an Account Executive at Rippletide, you will own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed contract—working hand-in-hand with our AI Agents. You’ll use these Agents to qualify leads, surface key context, personalize outreach, and optimize your close strategy in real time. Your job is to leverage your skills with AI-driven precision and execution.
This is a rare opportunity to sell a category-defining product while also helping shape how AI and humans co-sell in practice.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Own a full-cycle sales process from discovery to close
- Use Rippletide AI Agents to gather context, draft outreach, prep meetings, and optimize next actions
- Tailor your approach to multiple buyer personas across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Drive urgency, manage objections, and close deals with clarity and speed
AI-Human Collaboration
- Co-sell with our proprietary AI Agents during live calls and async workflows
- Identify where the AI accelerates your process—and where human input matters most
- Provide feedback on Agent behavior and product experience to continuously improve how we sell
Go-to-Market Feedback Loop
- Share learnings from the field to refine ICP, messaging, and sales playbooks
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to push the limits of what our Agents can do
- Contribute to GTM experiments—test new verticals, sequences, and pricing strategies
We are looking for
The ideal Account Executive candidate will have:
- Experience selling in a fast-paced, early-stage, or AI/tech-forward environment
- Willing to use AI solutions(and eager to learn fast)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Fluency in English required; French is a plus
