We are looking for a dynamic Engagement Lead to join our team and make a significant contribution to our success and growth in the European and American markets.

Role

As an Engagement Lead at Rippletide, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, delivering a world-class experience for our customers. You are willing to help build out the customer success offering, and will leverage your project management expertise to lead pilot projects, drive adoption, and provide value to our customers. This is a highly impactful role where you will be directly contributing to our customers' success while helping us scale our operations and refine our processes.

About You

The ideal Engagement Lead candidate brings a blend of project management and customer success experience. You are proactive, organized, and an empathetic professional who can manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and stay ahead of customer needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where agility and adaptability are key. You are growth-oriented, and eager to refine processes and contribute to the ongoing success of both our customers and our company. Additionally, you are data-driven, using customer engagement metrics and feedback to track progress and make informed decisions that improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Execution:
    • Apply strong project management skills to manage customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to customer expectations.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, tracking progress, milestones, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback:
    • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing valuable insights and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership team.
    • Advocate for product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
    • Share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to improve the customer experience.
  • Training & Enablement:
    • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers to ensure they are using the platform effectively.
    • Develop and refine customer-facing resources (e.g., guides, FAQs, best practices) to empower customers to get the most out of our product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Track customer engagement metrics (e.g., adoption rates, feature usage) to identify areas for improvement and drive proactive interventions.
    • Use data to report on project status, customer health, and overall satisfaction.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and success.
    • Regularly check in with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, working closely with Sales to drive revenue growth.

We are looking for

The ideal Engagement Lead candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in French is a plus, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate difficult conversations with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, and support processes
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and tools
  • Analytical skills, and attention to detail for precise analysis of data
  • Problem solving and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and understands the ability to be agile and iterative
  • A strong sense of ownership
  • Self-starter, driven, motivated
  • Someone who is willing to build from the ground up and have impact

Hiring Process

Based on scheduling, the ideal timeline to hire this role is 2 weeks.

  • 30 minute phone screen with hiring manager
  • 60 minute meeting with Executive Team members (max 2 people)
  • Homework assignment
